At Balance Catamarans, adventure is in our DNA—whether we’re sailing the open seas or taking on new challenges on land. This past weekend, our team traded the waves for the road, pushing through 109km of breathtaking coastline, thrilling climbs, and electrifying energy at the Cape Town Cycle Tour – the world’s largest cycle tour. There were just over 30,000 participants and it was absolutely stunning. .
A Community United by Passion
This wasn’t just any ride—it was a true gathering of the Balance family. Our team included Balance staff from the USA, Cape Town, and St. Francis Yards, along with current and future Balance Owners. We were also proud to ride alongside our valued partners and suppliers: du Toit Yacht Design, Ullman Sails, Fused Composites, Integrel Solutions, and Manex & Power Marine.
Together, we tackled the famous Chapman’s Peak drive, powered through the coastal headwinds, and celebrated the spirit of endurance and camaraderie that makes both cycling and sailing so exhilarating.
