We employ five warranty service and support staff at our two factories in Saint Francis and Cape Town. They are dedicated to offering the finest customer care and support in the marine industry both to our new owners, as well as to those who have purchased a Balance under our Certified Pre-Owned Balance program.

Support at Sea

We offer real-time passage monitoring and offshore connectivity, ensuring you have assistance whenever you need it. Experiencing a problem at sea, just call us on Starlink or Iridium. Our service team staff, together with our OEM partners and distributors, are there for you to deliver prompt, dependable support for any technical challenges or warranty related issues.

Authorized Balance Centers

Grenada: Balance employs a full-time factory team at our Grenada Service Center offering warranty service and support as well as concierge services to meet your every need in the Caribbean. Our hurricane season services are second to none.

Eastern US: Balance employs factory staff during the summer season to offer service and support at Zimmerman’s Marine on the Chesapeake Bay. M Yacht Services in Annapolis supports owners at our dedicated Balance dock at Bert Jabin’s Shipyard.

France: Our French agent oversees warranty service and support in Canet-en-Roussillon. Here we provide expert assistance for maintenance, repairs, and technical advice, ensuring a smooth sailing experience.

OEM Support

Most builders offer little assistance to customers when it comes to OEM equipment installed on their catamarans that are only warranted by the OEM provider. Balance is different. We employ a full time OEM support manager who is dedicated to assisting you whenever you run into a problem with a piece of OEM equipment. While we cannot warranty OEM equipment, we can warrant that we will always be there for you to leverage our power and network to facilitate swift resolutions. We also coordinate parts sourcing and shipping to ensure you receive necessary items as quickly as possible.

Remote Location Support

Balance, like all yacht manufacturers, is unable to staff the entire world with our own expert teams to manage support. Our solution has been to vet marine service centers and shipyards the world over that have the capacity to haul our catamarans and the onsite expertise to manage a wide array of commonly experienced problems. If you have a problem – wherever you may be – you let us know and we will direct you to the right place for the assistance or repair required to get your Balance working perfectly again.
